Geography of Olympic and Paralympic Success

We're beginning a large project on the geography of Olympic athletes. The map below was created by project lead Gillian Ramsay to show the locations of all members of the Canadian Olympic team in Paris this summer, and the relationships between athletes' birthplaces and other geographic indicators (e.g., total population, recreational facilities) that might relate to their athletic development.
